We are delighted to announce the acquisition of new land in Colne, located near Cotton Tree Lane. We’re planning on building 48 detached 4 & 5 bedroom homes in this prime location of Colne, offering the specification that McDermott is renowned for.
 

Burnley:

Burnley has been a super popular area for us, with 1 site recently completed and another close to completion and now we’ve acquired a new development.

We have purchased 13 acres of land off Standen Hall Drive with plans for 130, 2/3 & 4 bedroom homes.

Construction is set to begin in the coming months, with the first homes expected to be available from Summer 2025.
