At the start of 2017 McDermott Homes announced ambitious plans for expansion of the business across Lancashire, Greater Manchester and West Yorkshire.

New developments have opened throughout the year in Blackburn, Harwood, Feniscowles and Rawtenstall with the promise of great value new homes and exceptional customer care with the personal touch.

In addition to the 11 current developments, they are pleased to announce two fantastic new site acquisitions to add to their extensive portfolio. The first is located in the market town of Clitheroe offering 60 homes in a variety of 2, 3 & 4 bedroom semi’s, detached and townhouses along with 3 bedroom dormer bungalows. The second development is in Darwen, Blackburn and will offer 138 homes in a mix of 3 & 4 bedroom semi’s and detached.
